We provide assembly services in accordance with IPC-A-610-E. In electronics manufacturing, three assembly quality classes are defined.
PCB Specification
Technical parameters:
- material (e.g. FR4, aluminium),
- laminate and copper thickness,
- surface finish (e.g. HASL, ENIG, Immersion Tin, Immersion Silver, others),
- solder mask (color, type),
- silkscreen (TOP / BOTTOM),
- special requirements (e.g. impedance, via-in-pad, gold fingers, others),
- board dimensions and panelization.
Production files:
- Gerber files (layers),
- drill file (drill).
Assembly Data and Production
Assembly files:
- Pick & Place file (P&P / centroid),
- component orientation (if not specified).
Production scope and additional services:
- assembly type: SMT / THT / SMT + THT,
- solder paste: RoHS / Pb,
- AOI / X-RAY,
- panel depanelization,
- programming and testing,
- PCB cleaning,
- conformal coating / resin protection,
- labeling (QR, SN),
- final assembly (box build).
Quotation and Costs
Production cost depends on the project complexity, scope of services, and order volume.
Based on the provided documentation, we prepare a quotation:
- for assembly only – within approx. 24 hours,
- for assembly with components – up to 5 days.
Component Specification (BOM)
To prepare a quotation and ensure a smooth process, we require a component list including:
- type, value, and tolerance,
- package and reference designator,
- component quantity,
- key parameters (e.g. voltage, power, temperature range, others),
- manufacturer or approved alternatives,
- supply status (consigned / ASZ sourcing).
