Stargardzka 9A, 54-156 Wrocław, Poland, hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”.

The legal bases for the Controller’s processing of your personal data are:
a) a contract between you and the Controller, concluded upon your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, where processing your personal data is necessary for the performance of that contract in connection with your use of aszes.com.pl;
b) your consent, where you contact us through one of the contact forms available on our websites; or
c) the Controller’s legitimate interest in processing your personal data for marketing purposes.
The Controller ensures the confidentiality of all personal data provided to it.

IV. Other Website Functionalities

The logs are recorded and stored on the server. The data they contain is not linked to specific individuals using the Controller’s websites and is not used by the Controller to identify users. Instead, the logs serve as supporting information for the administration of the websites. Their contents are disclosed only to parties authorised to administer the server.
