PCB assembly is a complex process during which many different activities are performed. In order to provide our clients with the highest quality services, we offer:

AOI - Automatic Optical Inspection

A standard quality control procedure based on 2D/3D imaging using AOI devices is sufficient to assess the correctness of assembly in the case of visible solder joints.

Thanks to optical inspection, we are able to detect any errors and make corrections in a short time. The AOI system very precisely detects deviations from defined PCB assembly standards.

The use of automatic optical inspection is necessary when assembling PCB boards. Thanks to this type of control, we are able to eliminate errors and reject all defective pieces at the initial stage of mass production.

X-RAY

Progressive miniaturization and the resulting increasing complexity of systems make optical methods insufficient. There was a gap that was filled by X-ray machines. In our company, we do not forget that increasing efficiency must be followed by a continuous increase in the quality of the final product.

We have an X-ray device in our technology park that allows us to offer constant control over our production process with detection of changes at the level of 0.5 microns, as well as an additional service of screening electronic packages at the customer’s request, regardless of whether the assembly was performed in our company or not.

Scope of X-RAY services:

  • assessment of the soldered connection on a PCB with a maximum size of 460 x 340 [mm] (bridges, air gaps, filling of vias for THT elements),
  • assessment of the internal structure of systems,
  • a package of photos with a report assessing admissibility according to IPC standards,
  • individual valuations in case of specific requirements,
  • speed of execution (up to 48 hours from the moment the packages are delivered to our warehouse).
